The Bodied By XO is a fitness and wellness app designed to help you reach your goals with Christina Okenla as your very own online personal trainer. Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer, we provide effective workouts with minimal equipment to fit into your busy schedule.

LIVE CLASSES
Christina is known for her fun, energetic workouts, always matched with a banging playlist. Train with Christina live, check your form and let her pick you up when you need that extra motivation to push to the end. Classes are, 30-45 mins long and require minimal equipment. Classes range from HIIT, Resistance, Strength Training, and Recovery. No two classes are the same and the music will help you to power through the burn with Christina performing every rep with you.

ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS
Can’t make the live sessions, all sessions are saved in our on-demand library so you can catch up in your own time. Additional on-demand content such as our Low Impact series and Stretch And Flex series with guest trainer Rhiane will be released monthly so you will never get bored! Use the handy filters feature to easily find and save your favorite workouts.

GYM-GUIDES
For all gym lovers, science-backed gym guides focusing on progressive overload will be released monthly so that you can get those gains in the gym and tailor your workouts to your goals.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS
We love data-driven results. Sync your watch to the app and log your workouts and steps!

RECIPES
Get access to a library of healthy, delicious meals with macro-nutrient breakdowns to help keep you on track.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
